We are hiring at both Hope's locations!

🫶Bridal Stylist & Fitting Specialist🫶

We are searching for someone to support our alterations department by conducting fitting appointments. Sewing experience is preferred and candidate must demonstrate willingness to learn techniques and skills specific to the bridal/prom industry and our business. Will consult with clients on proper fit and pin garments for alterations department. Individual will also assist with steaming/pressing and preparing garments to be picked up for special events.

Additionally, staff member will work with customers shopping for their wedding or special event, helping them to select the perfect dress. Sales experience is desirable. Tasks may include phone calls and scheduling and taking measurements/sizing.

Must possess good listening and communication skills. Ideal applicant will be coachable, detail-oriented and present themselves professionally. This is an active/physical job, requiring lifting of heavy garments and regular bending and reaching with pinning.

Schedule has flexibility. Our busiest times we need help are 4-6 on weekdays and weekends (10-4 on Saturdays and 12-4 on Sundays). No late nights. We are a family business and want to treat our team as family with respect for your work/life balance!

We are a family owned and operated full-service bridal salon with two locations. Our store in the Village of East Davenport opened in 1993. Besides attire for weddings, we carry a wonderful selection of formal gowns for your prom, pageant, or dance. We offer you a HUGE variety of the best designers in the industry and expert service.

Please note we respectfully request that all weekend bridal visitors limit their shopping party to no more than five people for the safety and comfort of all our guests. We can accommodate larger groups during the week, or we are happy to discuss a private before or after hours appointment with you. Thank you for your understanding and compliance to help us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience!
