Hello everyone! Fernando Arce and I are super excited to roll out our next project ‘Pura Vida Mae! Cuisine’ here in Florida. Our dream has always been to share Fernando’s cuisine with others, he is an excellent cook who has his mother’s Luisa Arce touch for making the most delicious Costa Rican dishes. He also has recreated the exact recipe for a Peruvian Ceviche and Ecuadorian Ceviche!

We will be trying out new dishes every week and posting them here on this page. We would love your feedback, follow this page and comment. Also, if you’ve tried his cooking please feel free to post a review!

We are starting to sell locally here in Davenport and surrounding areas. We will also be coming to a fair and farmers market very soon!
