Baked ¼ Chicken (Buttery Garlic & Herb Rub), yellow rice w/ sweet corn, asparagus
I recommend the gourmet seasoning by Kinder's (can be found at Publix)...for a beautiful yellow rice use "Bijol" coloring and seasoning

Who? Julian A. Sampaio “Chef Juliano” was born on March 3rd, 1985 in Miami, Florida to immigrant parents. Mother from Costa Rica and Father from Brazil. Maternal Grandparents (Costa Rica) + (Spain). Paternal Grandparents (Italy) + (Portugal).
Step-Father (Cuban-Peruvian-American).
What? Chef Juliano specializes in a fully unique and multicultural style of cuisine. Focusing on Simplicity & Fresh Ingredients
When? From an early age, Chef Juliano was introduced to cooking by his mother after she noticed that he preferred watching the Cooking Network above other things on TV. This prompted his mom to encourage young chef Juliano to get actively involved in the kitchen. Together, as a fun mother and son activity, they would recreate recipes from TV and cookbooks alike. Ultimately, this is when chef Juliano’s lifelong passion for cooking started.
