We take trick or treating seriously at the Gee Mansion! We asked several kids and even looked in other groups that we are in to see what the kids want! After all they are either going to love it and come back or hate it and stay away. We want you back year after year 🥰. So here is a sneak peak of what we will be handing out this year. We haven’t had very many kids show up in the past but hopefully that changes moving forward.

P.S yes! These things were all on the list 🥰. Hopefully next year is even better 🥰.

A heads up for tomorrow!

——— Severe weather outlook for May 6th——
—-📣🚨DIRE PUBLIC SERVICE WARNING 🚨📣—-
26 million people in the path of Long track Large and Dangerous tornadoes. Very large hail 4” or larger and high damaging winds expected. This will start early afternoon and go well into the night making this a very dangous day/night for the citizens of those areas. The Storm prediction center has given tomorrow a 🩸moderate🩸rated day. I wouldn’t be shocked if this gets upgradeld to the SPC’s final highest rating above moderate which is “high” (pink colored) for the main areas of Oklahoma-Texas- Kansas. This is going to be a very dangerous day for the folks of traditional Southern Plains Tornado Alley.
Please be ready for large destructive tornadoes 🌪️ weve seen some lately that luckily have struck dirt and minimal structures. Luckily missing populated areas.

We will be covering this very highly anticipated dangerous situation from start to finish and intend to have multi chasers in the field as well as On going Live Radar Coverage from start to finish. Please consider hitting the follow button to get all the instant updates on massive hail producing storms as well as tornado warned storms and tornadoes on the ground.
Please prepare accordingly for those in all the darkgreen, yellow, orange and red colored areas.
Today is a perfect day to practice mock tornado drills for tomorrow’s storms. Arkansas- Missouri -SW Illinois-Iowa also have the threat of severe weather as well. Please don’t be caught off gaurd. In honor of black history month we wanted to take a moment to recognize Mrs. Gwen Willam’s

Mrs. Gwen Williams
Was one of the first black African American woman to be employed by the city of Davis. Her employment began in August 1997 with the Davis Museum where she spent her time educating others on the history of Davis and the surrounding areas for 25 years.
Mrs. Gwen Williams oldest sister Diane Bruner was the first black woman to graduate Davis highschool in 1965. Mrs. Gwen Williams cousin Veronica McDonald was the first to score 1000 points on the Davis basketball team and was featured in sports illustrated March of 1975. Mrs. Gwen Williams grandson Trevin Ezell also accomplished 1000 points in basketball Feb. 9, 2024. His parent are Hope and Jontue Ezell. Jontue is the basketball coach at Christian heritage academy in Del City. Hope is a graduate if Davis Highschool of 1997.

Mrs. Gwen Williams is and will always be a special person to us in this small town, Davis Oklahoma.
