A BRAN-NEW HOT ROD SHOW that will be happening November 8th & 9th, 2025 at the Oakland Expo Center, Waterford, MI.
Participants will need to submit their registration application (reg. applications will be available at every Shiny Rust Promotions classic car & hot rod show thru the summer) and the show staff will be selecting the best of the best of all forms of vehicles.
This is going to be one awesome event, there will be celebrity appearances, pin-up girl contest, DJ Del will be supplying the cool tunes for both days and still more to be announced.
Mark your calendars now...and we'll see you at the Hot Rod Spectacular!

👉 Being November is the month known for 'giving Thanks' (even though I give thanks each and every day), I'd like to take this time for a special post 😊

👏👏👏 THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to the 14 Hearse owners who attended the Witches Night Out in downtown Ortonville, MI. this past Saturday.
Also, a major shout out to Bob Fryz and his Dragon Master flame throwing truck as well as Phil Krantz in his Notsure flamethrower. 🔥
A special mention to Paul Vassall as the honorary 'gravedigger' ⚰️🪦⛏
What a perfect evening for this event...I do hope everyone who attended had a good time and we'll see you next year for sure!!!

Volunteered to help out Stacie Elliott with her Bubbles the Blind Beagle nonprofit organization today at the Lakeville high School homecoming parade.
Miss Chrome & Ice was a part of Bubbles group as well, complete honor and privilege to be a small part of Bubbles popularity.
He is very well known in that community, many kids were yelling out Bubbles name as we drove through town there.
If you can, go to Bubbles the Blind Beagle website and contribute for this awesome organization.

OK...a couple of the major cruises are completed and in the books (i.e. Woodward Dream Cruise, Back to the Bricks Car Cruise, RELIX RIOT) and a host of others this past weekend.
>>> So now...onto NEXT WEEKEND (Saturday Aug 24th & Sunday Aug 25th), Shiny Rust Promotions is going 'Back to Back' with TWO FAMILY FRIENDLY CAR SHOWS.

#1) Hot Wheels Weekend (which actually has a cruise on Friday evening/night as well) car show in Marysville, MI on Saturday...which includes LIVE rockabilly bands, pinup girl contest, food trucks, vendors and a special appearance by Erik Estrada and Larry Wilcox from the TV show C.H.I.P.S.
To show off your cool classic/hot rod/street rod/muscle/rat/custom/etc (cars & trucks). Shiny Rust will be orchestrating the parking of show vehicles...
There will be goodie bags for the first 250 participants who arrive.
They are asking for a $20 donation upon arrival.
Check in starts at 10am / show & events start at noon to 6pm-ish.

#2) St Clair County Farm Museum Harvest Festival will be happening. Again, another "Family Friendly" event...and Shiny Rust Promotions is inviting any and all "antique, vintage, traditional classic and historic vehicles (cars & trucks)" to be a part of this event. This will be the first time for this event having cars/trucks on display as there will be antique tractors, demonstrations, food, LIVE MUSIC and more.
There is NO REGISTRATION FEE for participants (please see flyer for details). There will be goodie bags for the first 30 who arrive!
