For ASM Global & The Legends Way Month of Giving, the hosted our first-ever coat drive! Thanks to your generosity, we gathered enough coats to support individuals and families in need this winter. 🧥✨
Children's coats were donated to Hope Rising, and adult coats went to Threads of Miami Valley which, paired with other community donations, enabled them to increase their coat distribution limit for the winter. ❤️
A heartfelt thank you to our incredible local community for your support and contributions. Together, we’re making a difference, and this is only the beginning. Stay tuned as we continue building this initiative year after year. 🌟

On this , we proudly honor those who’ve served, including three incredible veterans on our team here at the Dayton Convention Center. We’re also grateful for our partnerships with veteran-owned Sahara Global for security services and with Messer Construction, who brings the expertise of their own veteran team members to our renovation project.
Thank you to all veterans for your courage, commitment, and service to our country. 🇺🇸 🌟

First up - The fabulous Patrice Dates! 👑 🌟 Patrice is one of our two event managers and creator of our Culture Committee. An original employee of the city-owned DCC, Patrice was vital to all departments in the transfer of the DCC ownership and management with her knowledge of the building and event operations. We love her sass, creativity, work ethic, and willingness to help any individual, no matter the department. 💗 👏

Honoring legacies and inspiring change—together.
For over 15 years, we’ve proudly hosted the Dayton Unit NAACP Hall of Freedom Awards at the .
This year, the event featured the special addition of Dayton Urban Young Life, who managed the dinner buffets and raised $1,300 for the NAACP Dayton Youth Council!
Congratulations to this year’s honorees, and a big thank you to everyone who contributed to a memorable night.
