Seth and Taylor Flora’s engagement story is one of those sweet and spontaneous moments that make for the best memories. They got engaged on Thanksgiving of 2022, but the way it happened wasn’t exactly how Seth originally planned it.

Seth had a whole day planned out for the day after Thanksgiving. He wanted to start with brunch at the Ridgewood Cafe, spend the afternoon taking cute photos around downtown, and then end the night at the Grand Illumination downtown. That’s where he planned to pop the question, surrounded by the festive holiday lights.

But as it turns out, Seth just couldn’t wait. He was so excited about proposing to Taylor that he decided to throw his plan out the window. On Thanksgiving night, while they were chilling in the living room, Seth’s excitement got the better of him. He realized he didn’t want to wait another day to ask Taylor to marry him.

So, right then and there, in the cozy comfort of their living room, Seth proposed. Taylor, caught by surprise but filled with joy, said yes! It was an unplanned, heartfelt moment that ended up being absolutely perfect for them.

The Flora’s proposal story shows that sometimes the best moments are the ones that aren’t planned at all. It’s all about the love and excitement that you just can’t hold back.
