Calendula salves will make the perfect stocking stuffer this Christmas 🎄

These are great for chapped and dry skin especially during these winter months. They are also great for minor wounds, bruises, and rashes due to their natural anti-inflammatory properties!
These salves are made up of:
calendula and lavender from the garden 🪴
organic olive oil
organic beeswax
pure coconut oil
a pinch of tumeric.

Dug up the dahlias that didn’t get eaten by voles. It’s a perfect day to get some fall prep going.

My beautiful flower field has been put to rest for the winter season. This season has been so much fun and I have met a lot of people throughout the spring and summer. Thank you all for the support!
Now it’s time to dig up the w**d barriers, dig up and store the dahlia tubers, presprout the ranunculus, and plant 1000+ tulips!

Can’t wait to do this all over again!

Between the drought, bugs, and the high winds from the hurricane, the flower field has been through it! They are, however, loving the rain! I only meant to cut my calendula for salves but then I got carried away. 😆♥️
If you are still wanting to cut flowers, the u-pick field is open and the jars are now $10 instead of $20.
The field will stay open daily dawn to dusk until the first frost.

Our Fall Paint n’ Flowers event was so much fun! They painted our white barn on the farm with pumpkins, autumn leaves, and sunflowers 🌻 Melanie Raudenbush showed them step by step on how to create the painting and the ladies did an amazing job! We took breaks and enjoyed some treats and apple cider to fully enjoy the fall experience.. even though it was 90 degrees outside 🥵 Each person went home with their artwork and an arrangement they created in the flower field.

We love to do our painting events and want to keep it going! More paining events will be coming though out the year so stay posted!

The artist will be selling the prints! Reach out to her if you’re interested in having her artwork in your home!
