OFF THE RECORD is a full service disc jockey and sound production company serving the Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati and surrounding regions. As a Full Service DJ Production Company, this allows us to handle a variety of occasions, the like of which include wedding receptions, video dance parties, karaoke nights, corporate meetings, school events, graduation parties, anniversary celebrations, festivals, or any other special event. Our job is to assist you in planning and make your event SIGNIFICANTLY SPECIAL.
Make your wedding special with memories that will last a lifetime. Whatever you choose: outdoor/indoor, formal/informal, traditional vows/personalized vows; our service will assure you that your reception will be organized. Using our online planning forms, the formalities becomes Off the Record's role. Once the reception begins, our involvement intensifies. The request list will be followed and the DJ will offer these selections using his ability to read the crowd, with over 40,000 songs ranging from Aerosmith to Aaron Lewis, we will have something to make your even memorable and likeable for the merriment of your guests. The guest music request login allows them to make requests and feel a part of the celebration, but the final say of music played rests with the bride and groom. The DJ will meet with the bride and groom before the wedding to go over this information to confirm the planning.
Our Company also offers other services that include live sound for weddings and corporate events, Photo Booth & Magic Mirror Photo booth, both of which will have instant print outs for you and your guests to enjoy the memories of your special event for years to come. We also offer decor lighting & monograms. Other offers we currently have are projection screens, 8 by 12 foot & 6 by 8 foot, for Music Video projection, with Jam Text Live , which allows the guest(s) to know what they are listening to, or for slide shows for presentation and much more. We use state of the art equipment like Electra voice ,JBL Subwoofers and DB Technologies Ingenia T3 Sound Systems, Behringer x32 Consule ,pioneer Pro Dj -DDJX2 ,Virtual Dj 2018, adj lighting and event table ,Chauvet Nimbus dry ice cloud dance 4bar tussing system ect
