Happy New Year Everyone!

We just wanted to thank everyone who has supported us in 2024.

Since we bought the business in January 2023, our goal has been to grow the presence and reach of Ed Smith Flowers and gifts while maintaining the level of quality product and customer service that the Smith family had created over almost 70 years.

We are incredibly proud to say that in 2024 we saw that growth reflected in so many ways. We have been able to: increase the size of our team by 3 additional employees, gave raises and end of year bonuses to our staff, partner with Far Hills Florist to add a second product line, add a 3rd delivery vehicle to the fleet, replace our very old primary cooler unit and repair our 4 exterior garage bays.

Throughout that, we also saw our Google Review rating grow from its rating of 4.5 when we took over to 4.7! When it comes to attracting new customers, this is a HUGE improvement and crucial to our continued growth. (Thank you to everyone who took the time to share the love with us!).

A special thank you to our friends and neighbors McP-town who have been incredibly welcoming and supportive of us during the past 2 years.

With a New Year upon us we are so excited for the potential it holds and we look forward to continuing sharing our beautiful flowers with you and watching the seeds we planted bloom and grow in 2025!
