We are a gourmet mobile food vendor that specializes in Schnitzel, Pulled Pork Nachos and Quesadillas, Hogcicles, Smoked Chicken, Portobello Mushrooms, Center cut pork chops, Smoked Angus Chuck and more. We make our rub, bbq sauce as well as all of our salsas, toppings, and sauces.

From the first day that Pete found her as a tiny kitten in St. Paris until last night 21+ years later, Tiger has been with us through so many seasons. She loved to bring "presents", spend time outdoors, tolerated her canine siblings and in the last few years became the best snuggle buddy. For such a small presence,she will be tremendously missed. Rest easy TT we love you 💚

Today is the first time I have made biscuits since 2022..I had not realized that until Pete said thank you. I don't know if my joy of baking will ever return, but I really enjoyed using the from and from Christmas. *note to self - buy new baking powder 😏

We were so lucky to spend Christmas with most of the kids and their spouses. They wanted to go see Granny and Aunt Polly before we went to my dad's . found a wonderful air b and b for us to all stay together in Cincinnati where , Jordy, and were all there to spend time together. Becca, Jordy, Samo and Claire surprised me with one of the most coveted pieces of cookware.. for my 50th birthday next month! When we got home even Tiger got into the Holiday spirit and snuggled a very reluctant preacher.
