We are a gourmet mobile food vendor that specializes in Schnitzel, Pulled Pork Nachos and Quesadillas, Hogcicles, Smoked Chicken, Portobello Mushrooms, Center cut pork chops, Smoked Angus Chuck and more. We make our rub, bbq sauce as well as all of our salsas, toppings, and sauces.

I used the last of my Grandma's brown sugar today. She left June 18 2022. Then my Mom left August 14th 2022. These powerhouse women taught me the love of all things cooking, but especially baking. When they were gone the baking part of my heart left too, otherwise the brown sugar from my Grandma's kitchen would have long since been used. This past week we had the honor to do the food for our daughter's "elopement" party. What a HUGE surprise it turned out to be when they got married here instead of Scotland like they had told everyone for months. We were able to spend time with all of our children, Pete's parents, friends and family. Blessed isn't a big enough word. Thank you for the best surprise ever, we hope you and Jordy have the very best honeymoon 💚
