This Saturday! Prime Time Party & Event Rental Open House! And here's a couple tips for you! (Or tag a friend that is getting married and needs to know!)

👉🏽Bring address labels with your contact info and wedding date on it. This will save you so much writing when meeting vendors and exchanging information.

👉🏽Check out the vendor list ahead of time! If you are looking to connect with certain vendors, make them a priority when walking through the show!

👉🏽 Don't get overwhelmed! There are so many shiny things, people, and great food - so embrace the fun of the day.

👉🏽 While of course we love when people book us on the spot, order their linens, and sign the contract at the show - don't feel pressured to. It's okay to go home and look through the options again, especially if you aren't totally sure what you are looking for yet!

It was all possible because of the amazing vendors who came together to help make the night one to truly remember! Bridal OPen House

We are getting ready for two {{BIG}} events this week. First is Buckeye Vodka’s Battle of the Bartenders with the Miami Valley Restaurant Association this Wednesday, March 7th. As you can see by this video, we are working really hard to test the ‘Reach for the Buckeye’ Velcro Wall 🙃 We then have our famous Bridal Open House on Saturday, March 10th. If you aren’t at Prime Time this week, you’ll be missing the two hottest tickets in town! Check out our FB event page for tickets to both events.

Time-lapse Inflatable

Guess what day it is at Prime Time? And, no Bart and Jeff aren't playing in the bounce houses...well, at least today anyway ;-) It's state inspection day. All of our inflatables are inspected and approved by the state. We then give them extra TLC and wash them after every use. Bring on the summer parties!

We wanted to congratulate our friends over at the Holiday Inn Dayton/Fairborn on their Grand Re-Opening! The remodel is gorgeous and will offer your meeting or wedding guests plenty of amenities. Hollon Flowers, The Cakery of Dayton and BLC Entertainment did a wonderful job making their first photoshoot a success. Congrats!

NACE Cincinnati

Green Bean the penguin joined us today at the Cincinnati Chapter of NACE meeting at the Newport Aquarium. As far as we are concerned, he can crash every meeting we have :-)

Nancy and Ashley are part of our very hard working linen department and help us press over 1,500 table linens per day...crazy, right!? Our fear of wrinkles is also one of the reasons why all of our table linens are delivered on hangers inside luggers. #betterthanbotox #ptprbehindthescenes
