I have been a dedicated Chef serving the Dayton community for almost two decades, persevering through challenging times and moments when I felt like giving up. However, my determination and belief in myself and my brand never wavered. My ultimate goal was to create a successful business, known to all for its exceptional service.

My unwavering dedication to the community, my profession, and my craft has all been combined into a recipe for success. I am on a mission to mentor and guide the youth, teaching them the principles of success and the importance of earning opportunities in life. I made history in Dayton as the first chef to cater at The Longest Table, on the 3rd street Bridge. A non-profit event, and it was an incredible success with an astounding turnout of 600 attendees.

I have deployed a networking & marketing event called the "Dayton Appetizer" for the last 4 years. featuring some of the best in music art and business with a extraordinary custom buffet small bite tasting prepared by Platinum Chef.

As the exclusive private caterer for GE Aviation's Holiday Appreciation event, I had the privilege of catering all three shifts, setting a new standard in service excellence. Additionally, my expertise extends to serving numerous other large companies with 300 or more employees, solidifying my reputation as a trusted caterer in the corporate world.

With over 200 successful weddings under my belt, I have become a prominent figure in the Ohio catering scene. As one of the esteemed partners for Dayton Public Schools, I consistently deliver exceptional catering services. Moreover, I have had the privilege of catering numerous events for esteemed institutions such as Premier Health Partners, Five Rivers and Kettering Health Network. My culinary prowess has also earned me appearances on national and television shows, where I showcased my skills and proudly represented the vibrant city of Dayton. Additionally, I have had the honor of catering for various celebrities, adding a touch of prestige to my portfolio.
