We’re developing a Spring menu for the Epicure Experience with Anacreon Winery. These beautiful morel mushrooms are getting us excited for all the delicious produce to come in the next few months.

We’re still in the tasting process, but thinking of doing this morel stuffed with herb tofu mousse, a mushroom glaze and crispy garlic. Can’t wait to show you the new menu!

✨Here is the menu for our upcoming Pequeña Cena dinner. Each course is essentially two! One highlights the more traditional flavors and techniques of Mexican food, the other will showcase our more modern preparations. Our chefs will walk you through each course, along with host DeAnna Ornelas who curates wine pairings for our evening.
