We ceate a design to match the client's personality, vision & desires, coordinate details with vendors, venue, county & event members, meetings for location & event details, create pinterest boards, proposals,
start all custom backgrounds, arches, stands etc.
We research the locations, tides, parking, winds.
Research and purchase specialty items, colored fabrics, candles, wood name plaques, etc. We drive up to 2 hours for the correct wholesale florist & spends hours
creating all the floral designs for centerpieces, arches, cakes & food tables, take home bouquets. We clean & pack all event items rugs, tables, dishes, decor, centerpieces, umbrellas, coolers, drinks, everything you need for elegant dining. We meet clients for photos, champagne, or any additional specialty items. Start event at location, level sand, clean debris, unload & carry to items to desired location for complete event set up. Then complete clean up, clean off food from dishes, trash & tables, clean sand from rugs, pillows, tables, linens, re-pack up vehicle take off all pillow cases
wash all dishes, rugs, blankets, table runners, napkins, pillow cases sanitize all other items, clean sand of candles, umbrellas, chargers, tables, wax off candlesticks, donate flowers, clean vases,
Pack up vehicle with clean items, unload at storage, recover all pillows, reorganize all event items
in storage unit, close out all event paperwork.
And the majority of this work is done within 3 days, day before for all florals, day of event, day after clean up & restock.
