Amira and Yuri Melnichenko spent two years painstakingly renovating the oldest house in Daytona Beach. This home on the National Historic Register was originally a General Store back in 1875, then housed a playwright in the early 1900’s whose family helped to start the first Black College in Floirda, Bethune-Cookman. We by-chance walked by this severely neglected property and fell in love with wha

t we thought could me a magical wedding venue. We had some EXTREMELY difficult times and this project can only be defined as a Labor of Love. There were many times we wanted to throw in the towel facing one devastating set-back after another, but we perservered and are so proud of what we have accomplished! We have had dozens of beautiful weddings here and boast a slew of prestigious awards including: Best of The Knot, Couple’s Choice Wedding Wire, Historic Preservation Award, Lux Life Magazine Best Luxury Boutique B&B, and 5 star reviews on every platform.
