We’re starting to harvest the first heirloom tomatoes from our “Spoongarden!” Every year we grow 2-3 dozen varieties to serve our guests (and eat ourselves). The Runaway Spoon garden is really producing! Right now we're harvesting 17 of the 24 heirloom tomato varieties that we're growing this year, and the bigger tomatoes are just starting to ripen. There are few things as delicious as a fresh tomato, and the variety of flavors and textures is amazing. Coming to an event near you!

Forest Mushroom and Goat Cheese Tartlets with White Truffle Oil -- Lump Crab Salad on Endive Spear -- Brie, Pear, and Cranberry Baked in Flaky Puff Pastry -- Pheasant Confit with Roasted Plum and Shallot on Buttery Crostini -- Rosemary and Juniper Berry Rubbed Lamb Chop with Fig Preserves -- Fall Fruit Crisp
