March to September: Rent the entire property or just the space you need. We have a plan that will fit any wedding budget.
Options from $500-$2500.
Options include:
*Daytime only use of main lodge.
*Daytime only use of the bunkhouse living room (for the guys.)
*Two night rental of main lodge only. It sleeps 6-10 comfortably in 2-two bedroom suites.
*Two night rental of entire property. Includes 14 additional bunkhouse beds.
*Add early arrival for extra decorating time.
*Event tables and chairs are also available to rent.

No matter which option you pick, you’ll be able to choose the location for your wedding ceremony anywhere on Grandview Acres 72 acre property.

Patricia Peacock was born in 1938 and
grew up in Stuttgart. She won her first
duck calling contest at 12 years old.
She was the Junior World Champion in
Duck Calling in 1950. From 1951 to 1955,
she was the Women's World Champion.
She was the Arkansas State Champion
and the Open World Champion of duck calling

Whether you want to cook, be catered or do potluck, our full kitchen and outdoor grill/griddle area has everything you need to prepare and serve your loved ones.

Ask about our event tables and chairs. No need to borrow or bring your own. We can seat 60+ comfortably.

Gather around the flatscreen tv to watch a game or home movies. Play pool, foosball, cards or board games. Or take the fun outside! We have 35 acres for you to enjoy!
