Congratulations to the Mount Clemons Mayor, City Council, Downtown Development Authority, and City Commission for their new Artspace Projects Affordable Housing Development! This is an amazing economic development initiative that will bring housing and workspace to another Michigan community that will have limited opportunities and possibilities to exhibit, grow, and give back to their respective communities. The years of hard work and effort put into this project are truly commendable, and we are excited to see the positive impact it will have on the community.
We also want to thank Dr. Julia and Monica Feliciano, resident Artspace Loft artists, for hosting and discussing the Artspace Effect during their tours of the world-renowned City Hall Artspace Lofts. Their insights and experiences have been invaluable in shaping this project, and we are grateful for their contributions.
This new development will not only provide much-needed housing for artists, but it will also create opportunities for them to engage with art buyers across the great state of Michigan. We are excited to see the possibilities that this project will bring, and we look forward to seeing the community thrive.
