Some things we’ve made in the last few weeks!

Mini roast beef and Gruyère tarts, mini ham and cheese tarts.

Indian butter chicken with basmati rice and yogurt sauce.

Chicken and dumplings from scratch.

Arroz con pollo (chicken and rice with queso sauce).

Spaghetti carbonara.

All these were 5 ⭐️!

These garlic parm chicken meatballs with a parm cream sauce were amazing!

They could easily be frozen without the sauce and reheated when you want to heat them. Pour on a jar of alfredo sauce and cook up some spaghetti! Dinner is done!
