Dear Customers,
By now most of you would be aware of a fire that gutted a section of our warehouse in Guyana. This development, understandably, stimulates anxiety and a growing concern regarding the condition of your cargo. Let us assure you that we are working assiduously to have our assessment process completed. Once this is done all affected persons will be contacted with an update and the proposed remedy.
It is to be noted that Laparkan’s warehouses in Guyana extends well beyond the affected area. Therefore a greater number of our customers would have been unaffected. We know this does not alleviate your present fears but rest assured, the Laparkan team share your concern and will continue to provide excellent customer service during these trying times.
For those concerned about new cargo coming into Guyana, please note that additional warehouse space has been secured to ensure that our business and service levels will not be adversely affected. We will continue to provide timely update via this medium and direct telephone calls as we have more information. We crave your patience and understanding during this trying time.
LAPARKAN management and staff apologizes for this great inconvenience as we remain tireless in our pursuit of rectifying the situation.
