Millikin University’s most beloved holiday event, Vespers, returns Dec. 7-8, 2024, to Kirkland Fine Arts Center. Performances will be held on Saturday, Dec. 7, at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday, Dec. 8, at 2 p.m.  

This year’s program promises to capture the spirit of the season with a joyous musical feast of choral selections, including classical, choral, modern, gospel, and traditional songs. Limited seating is available, so be sure to reserve your tickets in advance.  

Tickets for Vespers are $12-16 and will go on sale starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at the Kirkland Fine Arts ticket office. Tickets can then be purchased online, over the phone, or in person at the ticket office during regular hours between 12:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., Tuesday-Friday.

Our Story

Kirkland Fine Arts Center, on Millikin University's campus is alive and well. The Center is anxiously awaiting the day when we can present and host live entertainment for the community's enjoyment. In the interim, the auditorium will be used as a classroom for many College of Fine Arts classes as we have excellent air return as needed per COVID-19 protocol.
