It wasn't perfect, but we made lemonade with the HUGE bag of lemons that was dropped upon us. Thanks, SO MUCH for showing up, Decatur. For the amount of things I hear about our hometown, you absolutely proved the haters wrong. Thank you. I love my community.
I'll apologize about the Porta Potties right now. We made an effort early Saturday to reach out to the business taking care of them, but let's be honest, it's a holiday weekend. I hold no ill will against them, as they finally returned my call, but it was already to late in the evening to worry about it. We will have this fixed before next year. Because yes, we will be doing this again next year!!!
We've already started taking notes.
We would like suggestions, but PLEASE, not on this post. I invite you to private message the page with concerns, and feedback....because we're creating this FOR YOU!

Due to inclement weather, they have made some changes to keep the fun going! The bands have moved **indoors** to keep the music alive—check out the updated lineup and times below. 🎶
But the outdoor excitement doesn’t stop! Head to Central Park to grab a FREE haircut by Lockhart’s 💈, explore unique arts and craft vendors🎨, and enjoy one of the four delicious food truck options! 🍔🌮
🍺 Beer and Pepsi will still be available, but please note they are **CASH ONLY**. Don’t worry—there’s an ATM on site for your convenience. 💵
Don’t let the rain delay you from having a good time! Come out, support our local vendors, and enjoy a great day at the festival! 🎉

Folks...we're popular enough for scammers at this point!!
2 things to remember...1-this event is FREE to attend, so don't go spending your hard earned money on tickets that don't exist!
2-if you're a food vendor, or art vendor, you should be dealing with one of 3 entities; Decatur Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, the head organizer at [email protected], or our vendor organizer at [email protected].
We've tried to be proactive about catching this crap, but some has leaked through. Please reach out if you feel you've been scammed!!!
