Teaching the kiddos how to make grilled pizza tonight @ McKenzie hospital teaching the joy of cooking to our youth. We sure do have a pack tonight

as the Chef at Autumnwood of Deckerville. A long term care facility. One of the saddest sights i see is how so many have served our puree textures. I understand there are molds that carry a cost along with the thickening agents we can use. I've set these aside to bring more shape and color to catch the eye..
