EVERY CHILD should have a Pumpkin!!
This is our belief and hope. Therefore, we are again hosting a FREE pumpkin give-away.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, 10/28/25 from 4-7pm every child, age 16 & under, can come to the farm and get a FREE PUMPKIN. No restrictions, no hidden rules, just FREE pumpkins!

Everything rises, does its dance, then falls.
I love you Mom

Karen L. Moerke, of Stevens Point, passed away at Weston Hospital ICU with her three children by her side on September 26, 2025, at the age of 85.

Karen was born in Amherst, WI, in December of 1939 to Raymond and Gladys (Hebblewhite) Kealiher. She graduated from Amherst High School in 1958.

Karen moved to Stevens Point following graduation and worked at the Congress Restaurant where she met her husband, Clarence Moerke. They married on May 2,1959 and went on to have three children. Karen worked at Herrschners, The Worth Company and retired from Portage County Health Care Services after 10 years of service in 2005.

Karen enjoyed a variety of hobbies including sewing, gardening, traveling and day trips to the casino. Above all, she loved spending time with her family.

Karen is survived by her children Pennie O'Hara (Bob), Jeff (Elizabeth) and Susan. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.

Karen was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one granddaughter, Amanda, and all of her siblings: Charles (Beulah), Stanley (Arlene), Clydene Stedman (Gale), Eugene (Darlene) and Donald (Elaine).

A private graveside service will take place at McDill Cemetery.

Thank you to all the vendors, volunteers, attendees, and the Dane County Sheriff’s Department for making this year’s Apple Fest such a success! Your support, energy, and enthusiasm made the day truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and couldn’t have done it without you! 🍎🍏
