The Willow Room created for the small venues in mind . Banquet room for all your catering, business meeting, celebration needs. Will seat 125 people comfortably.

The Willow Room on South Jefferson Avenue still has open dates for September & October.
Saturdays available in September are the 13th & 20th. Sundays available are the 14th, 21st & 28th.
October is currently open on all Saturdays and Sundays in the month. Several inquiries, but nothing booked as of yet.

$150 security deposit to hold your event date. This deposit is held until your event is complete & upon inspection.
Rental is $45 hr or a flat rate of $300 for 7 or more hours. This amount is due by or before the day of your event.
We accept cash, check, or VENMO.

Rental price is $45 per hour or a flat rate of $300 for 7hrs or more (due the day of your event).
Our seating capacity is 100.
We have 10-8' long rectangular tables,
10-6' round tables and 100 padded chairs for use at our facility.
Our kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, 3tier rolling cart, 2-stainless steel prep tables and 2-12cup coffee makers.
We do NOT supply cookware, bakeware, or utensils.

Our Saturdays and Sundays are booked for May 2025...with the exception of Sunday, May 11th (Mother's Day).
We still have some availability in June...Sunday, June 15th (Father's Day), Saturday, June 21st and Sunday, June 29th are still open dates.
July availability is Saturdays, July 5th & 26th. Sundays are July 13th, 20th & 27th.
We currently have only ONE booking in August on Sunday the 24th.
We have already booked FOUR Christmas events for December 2025... Saturday, December 20th & Wednesday the 24th are taken. Sundays, December 14th & 21st are booked.
Our event venue capacity is 100.
We hope to help you with your upcoming event.

Update on availability...
April weekends are already booked. Open date for May is the 11th (Mother's Day).
June 15th (Father's Day), 21st & 29th are available.
July open dates are the 5th, 13th, 20th, 26th & 27th.
We've already booked three (3) events for December this year.
If you are interested in a weekday rental, our rental fee is $30 per hour ($15 off regular hourly rental). Contact for details.
