Our Saturdays and Sundays are booked for May 2025...with the exception of Sunday, May 11th (Mother's Day).
We still have some availability in June...Sunday, June 15th (Father's Day), Saturday, June 21st and Sunday, June 29th are still open dates.
July availability is Saturdays, July 5th & 26th. Sundays are July 13th, 20th & 27th.
We currently have only ONE booking in August on Sunday the 24th.
We have already booked FOUR Christmas events for December 2025... Saturday, December 20th & Wednesday the 24th are taken. Sundays, December 14th & 21st are booked.
Our event venue capacity is 100.

April weekends are already booked. Open date for May is the 11th (Mother's Day).
June 15th (Father's Day), 21st & 29th are available.
July open dates are the 5th, 13th, 20th, 26th & 27th.
We've already booked three (3) events for December this year.
If you are interested in a weekday rental, our rental fee is $30 per hour ($15 off regular hourly rental). Contact for details.

Several have mentioned they've had difficulty locating our facility.
We are located at 1971 S Jefferson Avenue in Defiance. We're NOT located at the street, but in the Plaza BEHIND Ranchland Motel and across the road from Keck's Market.
Google has not been our friend!
Heading South on Jefferson, when you see South 66 Lanes, you will see an unmarked 'alley' next to Ranchland. Turn left at that 'alley' just before the Motel and drive on back. There is a card shop, a barber shop & The Willow Room in the long building.

The Willow Room has the following dates open and available for booking...
Saturdays in March are the 22nd & the 29th. Sundays in March are the 2nd, the 9th, the 16th, & the 23rd.
Saturday, April 26th is available as well as Sundays April 6th, 20th, and 27th.
We have availability in May for Saturday, May 10th & 24th.
Sundays in May available are the 4th, 11th, and 25th.
Saturday, June 21st is open. Sundays June 1st, 15th, 22nd, and 29th are also open for booking.

Some have inquired about the location & directions to the Willow Room.
We are located in a Plaza off Jefferson Avenue. Our physical address is 1971 South Jefferson Avenue, Defiance Oh.
You will find us across the road from Keck's Mkt and our building is back off the road behind Ranchland Motel.
For some unknown reason, Google hasn't figured it out yet.😂
