Repost: Catering Cancellation Policy:

✔️ No cancellation and processing fee will be added if cancelled (1) week in advance from the date of event.

✔️ A change of order may be received (10) days prior to the event.

✔️ The required deposit must be received at the time of placing the order or a month in advance. All deposits are non refundable.

✔️ Cancellation of order made less than (3) full business days from pick up date will be charged 100% of the full catering order price.

✔️ When food is delivered El Fricassee is not responsible for the food handling that’s is required. Instructions will be provided at the time of delivery.

This policy is valid for all catering services.

How to calculate catering per person?

✔️ Pork 4 to 5 ounces per person.
✔️ Chicken 3 pieces per person.
✔️ Sandwiches 1 - 2 per person.
✔️ Rice 1 cup of rice per person.
✔️ Side dishes 4 ounces per person.

Finger food quantity:
15 ppl - 4-6 Selections
25 ppl - 7-9 Selections
50 ppl - Min 10-12 Selections

Half tray (small) serves 12-15 ppl
Full trays (Large) serves 40-45 ppl

El Fricassee is offering classes on “How to make Arroz con Gandules”. It will include an introduction on how to make sofrito prior to the rice. $25 per person participating, (min 5 ppl) includes all ingredients & pot needed. a plate to eat plus a bowl for your left over portion, note pad & pen. As a host you can add to your event by including side dishes & BYOB! Message me with any questions to [email protected]. Small fee maybe collected for distance plus Gratuity. Thanks
