The Dirty Burger was a real hit on the 4th of July. Grass-fed organic beef, ground pork, slow cooked shredded pork butt, and a brioche bun drenched in house red chile sauce.

You asked for it: Due to multiple requests, we will be re-opening our adorable little soup cart at the corner of Spruce and Grande in Del Norte.

A very happy 80th birthday to friend and SLV legend Evelyn Farish 🎂

We were overjoyed to prepare a custom 5-course meal to celebrate, served in the comfort of her own home.

The menu, in reverse order:

Dessert: Bourbon Palisade peach crumble with vanilla bean cream

Main: Grilled quinoa-stuffed trout and maple glazed carrots (Thanks to for the fish and for the quinoa)

Soup: Pureed tomato pumpkin (With both tomatoes and pumpkin courtesy of )
