The Chef takes great delight in labeling our business as a "scratch' kitchen taking pride in knowing how all of our sauces, seasonings, marinades, vinaigrette's, salsas & desserts are made which produces a better end result. If we could ha

ve our way, we would also produce our own meats & have a farm (very possible). We look forward to be a blessing to our community as we continue to grow!!

Hey guys! Just poppin in to say we have been busy doing private events. It is the season for reunions, weddings, gatherings & hired luncheons. This week is the same, so is next as we serve 200 guests. We customize our menu for our customers so it takes a bit more prep to make them successful. Hopefully we will be back at you soon!! Well folks we hustled to make the groom and bride a beautiful occasion then turned around & bust our butts in Sanford today, so it’s about that much needed time. Man today was pretty uh-ma-zing!!! Sold out of everything with shrimp…dill pita wrap and rum butter butter bread pudding was 🔥🔥🥵🥵, then to top it we unanimously won “BEST ENTREE”. Thankful for my family who helps me to make this work!
