Hello everyone!

Just popping in with a quick reintroduction!

Most of you know us, some of you have just met us and others we haven’t met yet!

We are Heartwood Events, Des & Kim! We have been best friends for over 13 years and we both are happily married and have daughters who are like sisters!

We were blessed to be given the opportunity to coordinate weddings at Bridle Oaks almost 7 years ago. Throughout those years we have become more and more passionate about weddings and our services that we provide to our brides.

We pride ourselves on providing a flawless, stress-free, well coordinated event for each and every couple that chooses us, to work with them. We know how much work it is to plan a whole wedding and we like to take a little of that stress off your shoulders and help to keep you on track and ensuring you are not forgetting any key details, for one of the most special days of your lives!

We were having a little dilemma with the real flame candles since we have an amazing new AC unit at our favorite venue! So we decided to solve it but making these beautiful candles a new affordable rental for our brides! Only $100 and you can light up all your tables with these realistic flickering LED pillar candles! Several different heights to get that romantic look your going for! Ask us about renting them for your big day! 🕯️🌿
