Planted six blueberry bushes that I bought at the blueberry patch yesterday, blue crop variety that is midseason a sweetheart variety that is early June and then for liberty variety that are late season. Can wait until they are full of blueberries 🫐.

This graduation Tea Party just needed drop off service. I make it, pack it and deliver it. They set it up with all their own platters and such. This is a great alternative to a full service catering order if you have a tight budget to stick to.

I was tasked with making 6 dozen cupcakes and needed to do it while the grandson napped. All of you with toddlers know that it may be 30 mins or 2 hours 😥 so I was in a hurry. This day I got a full 2 hours and even got them frosted with my fav salted buttercream frosting recipe.

It’s been a busy season and I am the worst at remembering to photograph a the yummy food we serve. But today was my last event for the year. It’s been a wild ride this year catering more than 30 events serving well over 1000 people this year! I am humbled and so proud of this business. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and ordered food from me. This corporate lunch was pomegranate salsa, spinach artichoke pinwheels, basmati rice with feta, apples and pecans, shaved Brussels salad with bacon, almonds and an apple cider vinaigrette, pesto grilled chicken tenders, steak with chimmichurri sauce, bourbon bacon bbq meatballs, roasted root vegetables with herb vinaigrette, cranberry white chocolate blondies and rice cereal treats.

Had the pleasure of cooking for a rehearsal dinner tonight held at in Delaware. Goat cheese, mascarpone cheese and fig tartlets, rigatoni with grilled chicken in vodka sauce, angel hair pasta pasta with homemade Alfredo sauce, roasted red skinned potatoes, roasted broccoli, salad with goat cheese, candied pecans and walnut vinaigrette and homemade sourdough bread with scallion butter.
