If the Rain, Snow & Ice prevented you from viewing the incredible art work at River Rock Events on Saturday, you are in luck! We will open the doors again this Saturday, March 30th at 11:00AM for another viewing! These masterpieces by world famous, local artists have been donated for auction on May 18th with proceeds to be used towards a Heli Port at Margaretville Hospital!
Why you ask? Close to 50 people were airlifted last year alone but they must be transported to another site and then airlifted. Every second matters! A young lad broke his neck a month ago at a ski resort, was transported by ambulance to hospital and stabilized but then had to be transported again by ambulance to a site cleared for a Helicopter. We are looking to save lives pure & simple!
