I'm Jeneen Bellizzi O'Toole, creator and operator of Belle Tulle Events. I've been planning conceptual parties since childhood, and was also the social chair of my sorority at the University of Florida, planning monthly themed parties for my sisters. My passion for events grew as I did when weddings, showers, and special birthdays became a large part of my regular social schedule. I love to make m
