It's a soggy rainy night tonight, but the forecast for Saturday is looking great for our BIGGEST NIGHT OF THE YEAR!

It's the annual Cocoa & Cookies & Friends night at Deltaville Lights! All of your favorite characters will be at the lights - Mrs. Claus, Snow Queen, The Grinch, Gingy, Clark, and of course, the big man in red! 100% free, but all donations for the evening benefit Deltaville Ballpark!

Addy's Colors will be a new addition to the evening as well, with a sensory tent set up with regulation activities and arts and crafts for anyone who needs a short break while enjoying all of the fun at the lights!

(Speaking of benefiting the ballpark, stop in to DeltaPie Pizza before or after the lights! Part of the sales of their incredible pizza this month are donated to Deltaville Ballpark as well!)

The lights turn on at 5:00, and the characters show up around 5:30!

Joseph Burrough's "A Night At The Deltaville Ballpark" was created in spring 2024 as part of Allure Art Center's Plein Air Unleashed event. A limited run of giclée prints have been produced, signed by the artist, and are available!

The 9.5" x 17" prints are $55 and directly benefit Deltaville Ballpark. They are available in three local locations: Allure Art Center in White Stone, Pat's Gallery & Gifts in Deltaville, and Mason Realty in Deltaville. They can also be purchased online at www.DeltavilleBallpark.com

We can’t thank everyone enough for the amazing night we had for Field of “Sweet” Dreams on Friday night! Over 200 in attendance for the Friday night, 17 camping groups spent the night on the outfield, so many games and fun and memories and s’mores!

A special thank you to all the many volunteers and community groups that helped out - The DCA, Middlesex Moose, Lions Club, Kiwanis Club of Middlesex, Middlesex Family YMCA, and NUMEORUS individuals that helped us pull this off, volunteering at the event, lending us games and movie equipment, and so much more. A special thanks to our sponsors, DeltaPie Pizza and Delta Pest Solutions (the mosquitos were deffinitely kept away!)

241 Baseball starts tonight at Deltaville Ballpark! This teenage/high school development league enters its 5th season playing weeknights in Deltaville! Admission is free, though donations are appreciated, and the concession will be open!

Deltas Baseball is BACK for 2024 this weekend!

We'reeeeeeee BAAACCCCCKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!

Opening Day is Saturday Night!!! Your Deltas are back in action to kick off the 2024 season at Deltaville Ballpark!

We're taking on the Southside Washers of the Hampton Roads NABA - First pitch 7:30pm!!!

Saturday's game is sponsored by Hurd's Hardware!

A few reminders to start the season:

-Tickets are sold only at the gate, cash - $7 for adults, $3 for teens, and children 12 & under are free!
-Kids, get your running shoes ready! We need your help getting foul balls and bringing them back to the gate! For each foul ball you bring back, you'll get 50 cents (Which we suggest promptly running to the concession with for candy & ice cream 😁)
-The concession will be rolling once again! Crab cakes, BBQ, burgers, nachos, hot dogs, fries, grilled cheeses - all the favorites!

You may have noticed the ballpark lights on a bit late for an April Tuesday... But there was a good reason! A number of artists taking part in Allure Art Center's Plein Air Unleashed event this week chose The Ballpark as the setting for their artistry! You can see the works created Friday night at the DCA Community Center.

Paint Day!!! A huge THANK YOU to Parlett's painting & The Warning Track for putting this together and DONATING all of the labor (and some unexpected lumber needs!) to give the ballpark a fresh shine for the upcoming season!

We’ve got a quadruple header going on today of youth 10-11 year old teams squaring off all afternoon and evening! Bundle up and come get some hot chocolate while watching the Rawlings Tigers Coastal teams!

It was only a practice, but it was a great reminder that spring is here and baseball is coming!
