Lean ground beef, sautéed with onions, bell peppers & green onions. After beef mixture is drained, Rotel, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and beef broth are added and soup is simmered to perfection. This soup is great over pasta & baked potatoes! Also makes a fantastic dip for nachos, just top with shredded cheddar cheese.
