One of my favorite families that I get to see each year! Are they not the cutest!? Truly one of the happiest couples I know, and it definitely seems to have transferred to the kids! Also, sweet Ella barely had any hair the year before, I couldn't believe all this blonde hair! So cute! Love this sweet & happy family!

When sisters book their mini-sessions back to back, I'll take pics of the whole family together in between! So fun! So yes, this is actually TWO minis... Rebecca with her family and Rebecca's twin sister Emily with hers! Love it! The boys are cousins and also great friends! I have no doubt they get into all kinds of adventures together! I begged their parents to hire me again in their teens and let me recreate these photos. They're just the cutest! Thanks again to both families for two great sessions!

It's a joy to see my friend Catherine and her beautiful family! Last year, the baby was brand new, and this year, look at him! Such a happy baby, too! He gave me so many smiles! Shortly after this session, he was officially adopted and I couldn't be happier for my friends! Anyway, love love love getting to take the Spivey family pics each fall! They are just so much fun!

Love the Ferriss family! They come see me each year and I cannot get enough of their two blonde haired cuties... so precious! With promises of ice cream, they don't hesitate to give me all the smiles & pictures I need! (Bribes are fine for pics, don't worry!) It is always so good to see their parents too; Katie is one of my dearest friends! These were taken at the LSU Hilltop Arboretum. Thanks, y'all!

It was so great meeting the Vallets! What a good-looking family! Come to find out, Angela works at the same place where I work full-time, yet we'd never met before, so that was fun! Even though it was October and I imagined we'd have beautiful weather, it ended up being right after a lot of rain. We had terrible humidity and so many mosquitos! I literally was editing mosquitoes out of pictures! Ha! (The life of a photographer!) I felt so bad for them (the Vallets not the mosquitos!), but they were troopers! Looking at these pics, you'd never know all they had to endure! Ha! And it's always a joy to get to take pics at Rural Life Museum; so glad Angela chose it for her session!

I was so happy to get to take Kate's headshots! Kate was a referral from a friend of mine (thank you, Jess!). I'm so glad I got to meet this cutie; what a great personality she has! I really enjoyed spending time with her and her mom during our session. As you can tell, Kate gave me several different expressions, which made my job pretty easy! She was such a natural for the camera, I barely had to direct her at all! Haha! One thing is true: this girl is going places! I can't wait to see where her talents take her!

I was so happy to get to do my friend Kitty's business headshots awhile back. We stayed close to home and got these done in Central. Kitty is licensed professional counselor in Denham Springs, so if you're looking for a good one, look no further! I had the best time walking around Central Square with her and her sweet daughter as we got the best shots! And I gotta say, Kitty, purple looks so good on you! Thank you!

This was such a wonderful session last fall! I absolutely loved meeting the DeRamus family. I felt like we hit it off instantly! I later found out their daughter is a theater girl, maybe that's why I felt such a connection! I definitely enjoyed laughing and chatting with this sweet fam as I took their pics! Thanks, y'all!

I had such a great time taking fall pics of my fabulous hair stylist/colorist Lacy (go see her at Nadine & Co, y'all!) and her family! It was so fun getting to see this beautiful & proud mama with her three handsome sons! Oh, and I can't forget about the best dog, Jack! (Who I had already met, because he often hangs out at the salon!) Thank you, Lacy!
