Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I hope you've had a lovely day with at least some of your favorite people!
Earlier this year I realized that this year made TEN YEARS of Melissa V. Photography! Wow! I can't believe that! Never did I think back in 2014 when I turned my little hobby into an official LLC that I would still be doing this thing in 10 years! I don't think I thought that far ahead. I just took it one step at a time. But what a blessing to me this little creative outlet has been! I would say about 95% of my clients are returning clients, which is such a compliment and such a relief! It is nice knowing what to expect and it makes me feel like a part of your families when I get to see you back each year and I feel like I'm watching your kids grow up!
I'm so ready to jump into another decade! 2024 is booked, it has been for quite some time now, but I have plenty of space in the new year! Senior sessions and spring minis and actor headshots! Let's go!!! (Y'all know I don't do weddings... I got some great recommendations for ya, though!)
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, to all of you who book me each year for your pictures. Whether it's every single year consecutively, whether it's been sporadic, or if this year was your first time with me, I appreciate it more than you know! Thank you for your patience and understanding in my busy season and not even bugging me for your pictures! THANK YOU for being kind, reasonable, respectful, and patient! You're always on time for sessions, always looking great, always so nice, the list goes on! (Hopefully I am not jinxing myself!) You are truly the BEST clients a girl could ask for and I am SO beyond grateful. Truly.
I am also thankful for those of you who like and comment and share my social media posts, and to my family & friends who encourage me in my work & refer me to others. And of course, so much gratitude for supportive photographer friends! I LOVE YOU PEOPLE!
Thankful for 10 YEARS of this fun little biz & thankful for all of you!
