This cross just delivered to a bride using hydrangeas and eucalyptus from her wedding. The gold leaf adds just the right touch. This cross felt pure and beautiful just like the symbol of Jesus Christ it represents. I fell in love with this piece and just might have to make one for myself. What do you think?

Dahlias are a favorite flower in many wedding bouquets. To preserve them we have to dismantle and press each and every petal. Once dried we have to reconstruct the dahlia. These flowers have over 60 petals that are individually assembled and glued. This process is rewarding for me but takes an incredible amount of time and patience.

I don’t always get to meet the bride and groom, but I had the pleasure of meeting this sweet couple when they picked up their wedding tray. I adore a good story and Special memories of a Tennessee family homestead. These flowers were pressed and saved in an old book over 20 years ago. They represent significant experiences of a family. Their happy moments, raising children and their struggles. The old home place is no longer there but these memories remain forever in these special coasters.
