I'm standing at a crossroads today, as I've made the tough decision to close my studio. My priorities have taken a dramatic shift as I prepare for major surgeries to remove cysts and tumors from my spinal cord and brain stem, all while navigating the ongoing challenges with my arm. This decision has been a heart-wrenching yet empowering step for me. I've been blessed with incredible clients who have become like family, and I'm so grateful to have shared in their life moments. Each of you has played a vital role in my journey, and I'm humbled by the love and support you've shown me. While I may be stepping back for now, I'm excited for the future and the opportunity to recharge and refocus. I'll carry the lessons and love from this chapter with me, and I look forward to returning stronger and more inspired than ever. Thank you for being my rock, my motivation, and my guiding light. This isn't a final farewell, but rather a see-you-soon. When I return, I'll be armed with new ideas, a renewed spirit, and a heart full of gratitude. Valentine's Day Shopping Tips: Support Local Florists! Online ordering may seem convenient, but florists typically receive only 20% of the funds. Some online platforms, including 1800 Flowers, partner with local shops but impose substantial fees to the florist. Avas Flowers and From You Flowers have questionable business practices, they are scams from overseas. Unfortunately, my shop will not be open on Valentine's Day, as I'm still recovering from an injury. Initially, my doctor anticipated a two-week recovery period; however, my condition has worsened. To ensure timely delivery, consider ordering from local flower shops in advance. I've attached a list of recommended shops in our area. Early ordering guarantees your preferred arrangement and avoids congested phone lines. I deeply miss my customers.

This year, will look a little bit different. I will only be doing holiday flowers, funeral flowers, wedding, formal, event flowers, and cemetery flowers. No more just because or every day flowers until I know more about my future and what my surgery plans are. It's hard being in limbo!
Plan on seeing me a lot at vendor events so I can work at my own pace no rush.
I will open my shop up Febuary 1st! Just in time for valentines day. My personal absolute favorite time of year!

Hello my friends! I know it's been a hot minute! I'm not quite healed just yet. I have another couple of weeks to rest up back in time for valentines day.
First thank you, thank you for all of your kind words and well wishes!
My surgery was successful on my elbow, however I lost even more feeling in my hands when they repaired the tendon in my thumb. This may take a while to regain.

The day of my surgery I also got some pretty scary news about my neck and spine. I have what is called a syrinx (a fluid filled cyst) compressing my cervical spine. It's located right where the brain stem and spine meet. If it's not removed I will be paralyzed as it grows bigger. My doctors are currently trying to find a doctor who specializes in this specific surgery. Which... will be a long, long road to recovery.

I'll make another post about my intentions for this year.

Attention families that have loved ones buried at the Marshall Cemetery, after the winds last night your saddles are on the south side of the field closer to the rail road tracks by 1650 rd. I tried to pick up as many as I could, but I was not adequately dressed to bring them all out of the ditch. It was way too cold for me.

I will be having surgery December 12th. I will be in a cast for a couple of weeks. The only orders I will be taking are funeral orders.
The store front will be open by appointment only to accommodate if there is a family emergency. Robin will be able to assist in all of your needs.
To help my recovery and to spend time with my family I will be closed entirely from the 24th of December to January 6th. 💚

One of my customers, who let's me free flow design, wanted a Native American style center piece. She is from Arizona so I tried to some desert flowers with a touch of tropical. I was so excited to do this for her!

The kittens will be 2 weeks old tomorrow. They are learning how to walk, purrrrrr, and play. Their eyes are open, and love to greet me in the morning! Momma cat is doing so amazing with them. She doesn't mind showing them off, we just can't touch yet. I bet as they get around better she will let us start snuggling them! We need homes for these beautiful babies.

Miss momma had her babies early this morning! So I will be drawing the winner later today! Enjoy kitten squeak. We got six kittens. Currently waiting to see if she is finished.
