I had the absolute pleasure of doing a custom arrangement for one of my favorite customers! Her and her husband went to Michigan and found this beautiful vase and she wanted it filled with pretty silk flowers that she picked out! I said absolutely! I made it so that she can change out the flowers easy too. A very pretty keepsake from all their travels!

Some fall silk baskets! The bench they are sitting on. Was built in 1930. By my 3rd generational grandfather 🥰. I think he would really like that it's used as a display in my shop!

Some of you may not know that I dabble in taxidermy. This idea has been in my head for over a year. I have been dying to do a gothic style wedding. I decided last night I would play around with some left over things I had. It's not finished yet. I'm loving the vibe. I recently read a post about glimmers, which are small moments of joy, peace, pleasure, and gratitude. When I enter my shop, the sunlight pouring in through the windows and the shadows gently swaying from the trees outside bring me a sense of peace. I can breathe for a moment, watching my prisms shine rainbows across the floor. It almost seems enchanting at times.
Many people who come in say they too feel that sense of welcome, and warmth as soon as they walk in. They feel comfortable.
It makes my heart so happy when my customers say that. I dearly love this little cottage, that my grandmother called her garden of Eden. Sharing it with you, is sharing a piece of my heart.
