Three Lil Piggies BBQ Food Truck is FULLY POWERED 🤜🤛🫶🙏💪👩‍🔧 you can find us for a FOOD TRUCK FRIDAY in New Philadelphia at TRACTOR SUPPLY 11AM-2PM & at ART ON THE ALLEY SUNDAY MAY 5TH 11-4 (watch for some fun Cinco De Mayo specials) please bare with us as we navigate the next few weeks of running the restaurant & the food truck. My little business can't continue to turn down money-making in hopes of making sales at the smokehouse, I will continue to figure out ways to keep going while continuing to make delicious food, as long as my community keeps us going. Schreeech..... ✋️ hold up, change of plans, generator isn't powering enough equipment for me to run the truck, however, I've got some amazing crew stepping up to get us through this, Miss Kat will be opening the restaurant this afternoon and running it for the evening with Miss Sabrina on the line serving up all that smokey goodness! Sorry for any inconvenience but the Smokehouse will be closed for the rest of the week. I'll try & run a limited menu on the food truck Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Going forward, hours will be changing, we can no longer afford to be open for lunch. Slammed 1 day & throwing away food the next. Sorry to disappoint. Tried to fake it till we could make it, but reality is I'm failing there. Patrick has had to take another full time job just so we can make ends meet. I can't run both places alone, I can't afford to pay a crew to be there since there aren't the sales to cover the cost of payroll some days. Just gotta figure out how to restructure and do more with less. Again, sorry, all I can do is keep trying.
