What is your typical process for working with a new customer? I like to start with asking the couple what they have visioned and what is most important to them. What is their goal for the event. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? I have always had a passion for wedding work. I have owned my own wedding planning business and my own floral shop as well as managed floral shops in the area. I have done some major events with the student lending department of Bank of America, Pharmacia now Pfizer, and on a smaller scale Signcomp. I have a true passion for this kind of work, with great attention to detail. One of my largest enjoyments is being able to share such a special lifetime event with very loving people. Optional

How did you get started doing this type of work? I have a special needs child and his teacher at school was getting married. She touched not only my heart but my child's heart and I offered to do her flowers and the rest is history. Optional
What types of customers have you worked with? I have worked with both low and high budgets. From event planning, decoration, hosting up to 1500 attendees to a 2 person very intimate service. Optional
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take? I just remarried and had two ceremonies. One for friends and family. With decorations of the church and reception, and the making of all the food prep and setup and the bouquets about 10 hours. The second ceremony was an elopement to Galveston, the bouquet and bout took about 3 hours. Optional
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? The most important tip I can give to anyone looking for an individual is to have a good connection with that person. Communication is so very important. Make sure they understand your vision. Optional
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? Make a list of what is important to you. Your needs verses your wants. That way when you ask questions and for suggestions you will be able to get a feel for the individual you are speaking to.
