Past record of business establishement at First Monday Canton, Texas Trade Days only: Served Breakfast, A light Lunch menu, and Dinner. Take and Go rustic downhome cooking, island style! Our number #1 Special is the Teriyaki Chicken Plate, the number #2 Special either Kalua Pork(Hawaiian style pulled pork), or Garlic Roast pork. Served with sides of the day like Macaroni Salad, or Veggie Pasta Sala

We are now moving to emphasizing our Catering business, and Festival retail. Until we can establish a food truck business segment. Breakfast specialties include a hearty French Toast (3 slices) breakfast served with Pineapple glazed ham and scrambled eggs, delicious pancakes, S.O.S with ham and eggs, island fried rice. Bagel Breakfast Sandwich or plain bagel with butter and cream cheese Baked goods include St Josephs recipe for Buttery Shortbread Cookies, Almond cookies is another version and other new baked items. Drinks available are sodas, bottled water, homebrewed sweet tea.
