We had a very difficult and hard year in 2021 and because we value our work and know that in order for our small business to thrive and continue to offer quality food and service we need to practice self care.
So we will be taking time off during the holidays to rest and spend time with our family. We will not make tamales this year. But we will be super excited to make them for the New Year.

‼You can Pre order your tamales for after New Year’s‼

We will start taking orders and payments on January 3, 2022. Tamales will be ready for pickup/delivery from Jan 24 - Feb 4, 2022.

As you know we only make tamales once a year and there's a reason why we do it that way. We pride ourselves in making fresh tamales and we make them all by hand. Our tamales are msg free, gluten free, trans fat free and made with no lard. We have several options to choose from.
Red pork, green chichen, cheese and jalapeno and tofu and poblano pepper.
