With heavy hearts, we are announcing Sullivan Scrap Kitchen’s last Dinner service on Sunday, Oct. 27th.

We are unbelievably proud of our team, menu, bar program, and dedication to our sustainability mission. We sincerely thank you, our community, for welcoming and supporting us over the last 4 years. You’ve celebrated big and small moments of your lives with us and allowed us to share our passion with you. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the opportunity and trust.
We will continue on our path of creating unique and delicious dining experiences, while reducing food waste, and hope to see you along the way.

Our Summer Garden is the "salad" you need in your life! A seasonal medley of raw, roasted, pickled, and smoked local veggies on a bed of fromage blanc with ant vinaigrette & edible flowers! 🤤

Yes REAL ANTS! 🐜 we love a sustainable protein source & the rest of the world has been eating insects for…well forever so we thought we could play catch up. Don’t worry if you don’t like eating ants, we also have Crickets!

Please don’t not place any orders with us via . We canceled out service with them over the summer yet someone the created a new listing for us without talking or getting consent from anyone at our restaurant. They has copied photos from our website without our consent and we have no way to receive these orders. We apologize for the inconvenience we are looking into resolving this but unfortunately refuses to acknowledge any of this. In the meantime I would encourage all to actively avoid and their shady and illegal business practices
