Job Requirements:
- Offer excellent customer service and be committed to customer satisfaction.
- Have the ability to function effectively in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
- Be reliable
- Must be able to work some Saturdays 8am-12pm

Responsibilities inlcude:
- Answer phones and greet walk in customers.
- Offer clients professional opinions and ideas.
- Create quotes and reservations while obtaining all information needed to complete jobs such as site maps, diagrams, layouts, times, delivery instructions, etc.
- Process payments
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and social media.
- Communicate with Event Crew and Warehouse Staff regarding items going out and coming in.
- Learn Cooke Rentals inventory and understand how items operate.
- Stay up to date on current trends and popular items in the industry.
- Update tables in showroom for seasonal and trending styles.
- Assist with keeping track of store to store inventory trades.
