The EU has recommended its member states to impose travel restrictions on visitors arriving from the US regardless of citizenship.

However, some countries are not refusing the recommendation and still permit travel for fully vaccinated tourists.

Included in these countries are Greece, Croatia and Iceland.

So if you're itching to plan a vacation on these amazing European destinations - then don't let the pandemic stop you. You can definitely travel - following safety precautions of course.

Motivated employees are 100% more productive than unmotivated ones.

But how do we keep them motivated - especially if they all work remotely?

Here are some tips:

✔️ share your business goals & how each employee contributes to achieving it. Employees are motivated to work when they know the value of what they do.

✔️ conduct regular catch-up sessions. These are not your regular meetings. These are townhall events where employees, even if they don't work directly, will get the chance to see each other (albeit virtually).

✔️ Run an incentive program. Take note, cash is NOT the best motivator. According to studies, the best rewards (like incentive travel) creates lifetime memories.
