Remember Mad Chad bakery does more than tasty sourdough bagels (although we have 7 different flavors including our signature Green Chili Everything...) we've also got Garlic and Rosemaey Focaccia sheets, Sourdough Boules, Baguettes, and Hoagies. It is with a very heavy heart that I am writing this letter. For those of you that know me, you can safely say that it's been my lifelong dream to create something special for my family, friends and community. An open and safe place for folks to eat quality food that requires skill and technique, not just the opening of a package. I love food. I love cooking. And I love to make people happy. This is the backbone of Mad Chad Vigilante Street Food. The end goal was never a food truck, or several food trucks. The goal is to create a brand that screams quality, fun, inclusivity, experimentation, and the unreasonable desire to push the boundaries of what quick service food can be. This goal, keep in mind, is still tattooed on the inside of my forehead. But for now I have to put things on a pause. Due to several factors including some recent health issues I need to put a pin in this project. It hurts me to write because it never really got off the ground in the first place and I know I've created something very special but this is the best option for me now. I don't know what the future holds, but this is not the end of the story, just the beginning of a new chapter. I want to thank everyone for your continued support and I promise to keep everyone updated with any new developments. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

It's that time of year! Palisade peaches are coming in hot and I'll be doing peach ginger pies while supplies last. Same deal as the bread and bagels. **Updated Bakery Menu**
I've got a fresh batch of Lemon Blueberry Bagels and HOLY %&$ #! They are awesome (or Bussin' as the kids say)! I'm heading out of town Monday so my last day for delivery will be Sunday until I get back on July 5th. Be sure to get any orders in before Saturday at 3PM for Sunday delivery.
