Why should you consider giving your guests a funky dress code for your wedding?
✨ Most guests want to be told what to wear. I promise! Have you ever had to get dressed for an event and had no idea if you were over or underdressed? Don’t do that to your guests.
✨ If people really get into it, it makes for some amazing photos
✨When you put on something fun and out of the ordinary, it can change your entire mood. It allows your guests to express their personalities and automatically gives them something to connect with each other about.
So how do you pull off an unconventional dress code?
✨ Be creative and very specific
✨ Provide your guests with a style guide with examples of what they might wear (and be sure to include examples that will work for a variety of body shapes and sizes)
✨ Don’t take yourself too seriously. Have fun with it!
