Inner Light Studio Update
We onboarded our new instructors to the studio today.
We had an amazing process and I feel we profoundly created the energy of community today. I'm happy and proud of each one of these people and I am looking forward to working with them.

My Yoga instructor Michelle excitedly tells me that she is taking a training on steel mace yoga and wants to offer a Free 4-Week Series on it at the Studio.

Naturally, my reply is 'Wait, what the hell is that?'

She says 'Steel Mace yoga, we get into deep yoga positions while holding a waited metal mace for strength training'

'Well hun, that's interesting'
I pause for a couple moments
'And totally awesome!' (like the kid from The Incredibles)
