For the past 10 days, I have been struggling to find my true voice on all that our community and nation are going through. The difficult conversations have been had and the scrolling of inspirational quotes and images. I have had a sense to speak and stand up for human kind. With an incredible community of volunteers, local florists, farmers and wholesalers we decided that sharing flowers with everyone is our true voice. ✖️✖️✖️
I believe flowers plant dreams into the human mind. Dreams of beauty, peace and resilience. A unified strength that no single stem could survive a storm through without its roots and community to hold onto...........................................................................✖️✖️✖️
So in my most authentic response to all that is happening in the world, I ask you to pause at the rose, the w**d, the wild flower and your budding trees. Pause, and ask, why are you feeling this way and how can we propagate change that will cultivate a stronger species. Beauty is everywhere, in everyone and we are all from the same seed. ✖️✖️✖️

When designing with found materials I like to think of how they exist in nature, once that’s set, my favorite part is to add contrasting, modern angles. I find it adds energy to the design and space.
