While taking wedding portraits at Echo Lake, I came upon a surprise engagement - the end of a well- planned scavenger hunt. Once I realized what was happening, I did what any photographer would do - start snapping! In my case, clicking (lol). Total happenstance! Congratulations to the happy couple! 💍.

Most of the time I’m scouting or come across nature and wildlife to photograph. This time it found me, in my hanging planter this summer.

As a photographer, whose passion is being behind the lens, my downtime is capturing wildlife. Even urban wildlife. Was able to find 2 coyotes within 30 feet, both in front of me and behind me. They were out hunting on a warm winter day. This one was a little more skittish than the other & ducked into the cattails.

Winter has barely just begun and I’m ready for Spring and all the color it has to offer. I’m fond of this park, as I had my bridal photos taken here years ago. Always beautiful gardens. But, this Senior.....!

I love the mountain venus I’ve shot at, but I love the vibes that downtown Denver gives. This was a styled shoot, so it had its limitations, but it was fun. Oh, the possibilities would be endless if I shot a Denver wedding! I love urban!!
